To peoples, churches, institutions, and seekers of truth,

In a time marked by profound moral, social, and humanitarian challenges, I, Hegumen Daniel (David Kiknadze), acting in my capacity as Head of the Slavic Diaspora, and as Founder and Leader of the Central European Orthodox Organization (International Light Saviour Foundation), hereby issue this statement as a formal, cultural, humanitarian, and legally valid declaration.

The movement and institutional framework presented herein are inspired by the spiritual heritage of Orthodox Christianity. However, their mission is educational, charitable, cultural, and social in nature, and they operate without the imposition or promotion of any religion, denomination, or ideology.

Mission and Scope of Activities

The mission of the organizations operating under this framework includes expanding access to education and knowledge, identifying and supporting talents, creating sustainable and dignified employment opportunities, combating poverty and social exclusion, and protecting and promoting human dignity.

All activities are conducted within independent legal structures, in full compliance with European Union law, national civil codes, and applicable international regulations, and in respectful coexistence with traditional Orthodox Churches, including jurisdictions of the Russian Orthodox tradition.

Ecclesiastical Affiliation and Legal Distinction

I hold the ecclesiastical rank of Hegumen, a monastic office within the Orthodox Christian tradition. The religious and spiritual dimension referenced herein is exercised in accordance with the Patriarchal Charter (Gramota) as defined by the Archevêché.

The International Light Saviour Foundation and its affiliated entities are independent civil legal organizations, governed exclusively by civil law, possessing their own legal personality, statutes, and governance, and operating separately from ecclesiastical administration.

Organizational and Executive Structure

This declaration is issued within the framework of resolutions adopted by the governing bodies of the Central European Orthodox Organization / International Light Saviour Foundation. Executive and administrative authority is lawfully delegated to Dr. Ami Zara, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), acting in accordance with EU law, national regulations, and internal statutes.

All referenced entities are lawfully registered, coordinated through a central legal and administrative framework, and represented through the official platform www.orthodoxeurope.eu, which serves as the primary reference point for educational, cultural, charitable, and organizational activities.

This declaration confirms full compliance with European Union law and international standards, including GDPR, eIDAS Regulation, ICANN policies, and applicable nonprofit and religious association laws. Certified Electronic Mail (PEC), where used, holds full legal equivalence to registered mail under Italian and EU law.
